Vivus Retreat Sessions

Yoga

45 MINUTES

Start your day with our morning yoga session. The session focuses on stretching and opening the body and mind to approaching the day with a relaxed attitude.

Meditation

1 HOUR 15 MINUTES

Once/twice daily we offer the opportunity to participate in a facilitator-led meditation session to allow our guests to focus on letting go of the stressors in their lives.

Tapping

30 MINUTES

Our tapping session is available for guests who want to explore how tapping key acupressure points with your fingertips while focusing on uncomfortable feelings or concerns, and using positive affirmations can help neutralize negative feelings.

Breathwork

30 MINUTES

Our breathwork session helps to calm your stress and bring balance to your body by release toxins and stress when you breathe out and nourish your mind and body when you breathe in.
